Vaping Mistakes – Things People Get Wrong When They Start Vaping : PART 1

Hi there and welcome to Medusa Juice Blog entry!

This time around we would like to talk about Vaping Mistake – Things People Get Wrong When They Start Vaping : PART 1.

As cautious as one can be, it’s easy to make a mistake when you start something new, such as getting dry hits, burnt coils, and leaking tanks.

But don’t be put off, even those with years of experience on vaping tend to make mistakes. Over the years, e-cigarettes have gotten easier to use with the new beginner devices made readily available at local or online vape stores.

With the help of this guide, you can learn a lot from others mistakes, and get off to vaping on the right track!

1. Buying an advanced vape mod

One of the most common mistakes that new vapers made when they start vaping is buying the wrong device. Unfortunately, advanced vape mods tend to look fancier than the beginner devices and some shops encourage this by selling high-end devices to new users, which is highly not recommendable. Ideally, you would want something that is easy to use, has a draw similar to that of a cigarette and delivers the right throat hit for you.

2. Not following the vape devices instruction manual

Device malfunctions are uncommon, but they can happen. The best way to avoid them is to follow the vape devices instruction manual on how to properly handle and use them. Also, it’s best not to charge your devices or batteries overnight as it could overload and explodes.

3. Starting with the wrong nicotine level

It is particularly important to start with a nicotine level that is right for you. Your e-liquid needs to be satisfying enough to replace the tobacco cigarettes that you’re so used to. If the nicotine level is too low, chances are you’ll find vape is not satisfying enough and ended up going back to smoking tobacco cigarettes.

4. Starting with too much nicotine

It is important to know that, salt nic e-liquid has a much higher level of nicotine and is meant for smokers. Getting overdose on nicotine would have a temporary side effect (which is harmful enough to do damage to your body, but it won’t be lethal). The biggest tell-tale sign you would get is feeling nauseous. If you do feel you have had too much nicotine, simply take a break from vaping for a while and drink plenty of water.

5. Not changing the coil regularly enough

As tanks get older, they acquire gunk from all the different type of e-liquids that you’ve used. They can also get burnt spots which can lean to flavor decreasing or becoming burnt. Burnt coils are bad for your health and you can avoid this completely by cleaning your tank and changing your coils regularly. If you do not know how, there’s a lot of Youtube tutorial videos on how to, or you can also get it changed at your local vape store.

We hope you learn something new to those that are new to vaping.
